胶辊的日常使用和保养方法

橡胶辊内部的轴承和轴头结构十分精密,稍有差池,会直接影响到使用效果。这就要求无论是在日常使用还是保养过程中,都要掌握正确的方法和技巧:

   1.复合胶辊之间的压力过重,会增加胶辊之间的摩擦力,加速胶辊的老化和变形,加快油墨和水的乳化过程,这样不利于油墨的传递。解决的方法就是:胶辊之间的压力应该和接触版面的压力基本一致。

   2.复合胶辊表面晶化的处理。表面晶化封闭了复合胶辊表面的毛细孔,会使胶辊失去亲墨的作用,造成油墨的传递布均匀,容易出现油墨的乳化。解决的办法就是:把机器上的胶辊卸下来,把复合胶辊表面晶化层擦掉,显出原来胶辊的橡胶颜色,再用洗车水或汽油把残留在胶辊上的煤油和浮石粉清洗干净,重新安装和调节好胶辊的压力。

   3.复合胶辊上的轴承的保养。在机器的高速运转中,胶辊上轴承磨损是很明显的。胶辊的轴承受到一定程度的损坏后,就会产生胶辊的跳动摩擦和挤压,减短胶辊的使用寿命。所以要求操作工每周要把胶辊拿下来,给轴承打上黄油,把那些磨损得厉害得,转动不良得轴承换掉,保证胶辊的正常使用。

   4.车间环境堆胶辊的影响。在闷热和潮湿的天气和来自周围的灰尘飞扬的环境生产中,机器的高速运转使到胶辊的表面温度不断升高,胶辊在发热膨胀,加大复合胶辊的磨擦,这样会使得胶辊的使用寿命缩短。所以在有条件的工厂里,胶印插件要求安装空调,保持车间整洁、干净,使得机器在良好的环境中生产运转,只有在良好的车间环境里生产,才会生产出高品质的产品来。

   2. Treatment of surface crystallization of composite rubber roller. The surface crystallization closes the capillary pores on the surface of the composite rubber roller, which causes the rubber roller to lose the affinity of the ink, which causes the ink to be evenly distributed, and the emulsification of the ink is likely to occur. The solution is to remove the rubber roller on the machine, wipe off the crystallized layer on the surface of the composite rubber roller, reveal the rubber color of the original rubber roller, and then use the car wash water or gasoline to remove the kerosene and pumice remaining on the rubber roller. Clean the powder, reinstall and adjust the pressure of the rubber roller.

   3. Maintenance of the bearing on the composite rubber roller. In the high speed operation of the machine, the bearing wear on the rubber roller is obvious. After the bearing of the rubber roller is damaged to a certain extent, the friction friction and extrusion of the rubber roller will occur, and the service life of the rubber roller will be shortened. Therefore, the operator is required to take down the rubber roller every week, butter the bearing, and replace those bearings that are so badly worn and poorly rotated to ensure the normal use of the rubber roller.

   4. The impact of the workshop environment rubber roller. In the hot and humid weather and the environment from the surrounding dust, the high-speed operation of the machine makes the surface temperature of the rubber roller rise continuously, and the rubber roller expands and expands, which increases the friction of the composite rubber roller. The life of the roller is shortened. Therefore, in a conditional factory, the offset plug-in requires air conditioning to keep the workshop clean and clean, so that the machine can be produced in a good environment. Only when it is produced in a good workshop environment will it produce high-quality products.
